Other Ways to Help   Donation Containers Business owners and managers can help GCHS by placing donation containers at their business. These containers are fairly small and measure 5"x7". If you have cans to donate, there is a donation area outside the shelter.  Creative Ideas for Kids The youth in Monroe and surrounding communities have been very creative in raising money for GCHS. We have had a birthday party at the shelter where guests bring donated items instead of presents and get to spend time with the animals.
